Tour is about an hour and leaves the gate on time so plan to be there a few min early. It is a level walking path made of mulch so wear decent shoes or you will have bark in your toes. The staff (volunteers) are very knowledgable and well trained! They share interesting details about the animals so it is educational as well! Fine for kids- just hang on to them as you are literally just on the other side of the chain link fence from most of the animals! The tour guides will give you reminders! They have a wide variety of big cats, a couple of black bears, lemurs and more. The cost was $25 per interactive experience. Today was " get your picture taken while holding a 3 week old baby tiger" and "feed the lemurs". They frequently "interactive options" for an extra fee. They take very good care of the animals and you can get way closer than at a regular zoo or animal park.
